The Budget Utility is our most economical building. The simple design and low cost material combine to give you storage without costing big bucks! Its metal siding has a twenty year paint warranty. Wall height is 71 inches; you can add the extra height option if you need more headroom. Eight foot wide buildings come with 48” single door, ten and twelve foot wide buildings have six foot double doors.
- Buildings are built on 4″ x 6″ pressure treated skids.
- Flooring is 5/8” pressure treated plywood.
- All exposed material is pressure treated.
- Metal on Budget Series has a 10 year paint warranty.
- Exposed screws are painted and galvanized for maximum strength and no rust spots or stains.
- Heavy duty 2×4 reinforced doors designed to seal out rain and rodents.
- Doors are key lockable for your protection.
- Building is vented to create optimum circulation and temperature control.
- Budget Series comes standard in Light Stone with trim colors Brown, Forest, Crimson, Gallery or Black. For all other colors, add $50.
